The “I Love My Local” campaign in support of North Simcoe businesses and organizations is running now until the end of October. This Economic Development Corporation of North Simcoe (EDCNS) initiative brings together our partner municipalities: Midland, Penetanguishene, Tay and Tiny and the Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Midland BIA and local libraries.

As we stay steady in Phase 3 of the pandemic, it is vital that we reach out and help our local businesses, non-profits and charities. They have been working hard to pivot their operations and put all the necessary health and safety measures in place. Let’s do our part by discovering their new hours, new options and new ways to do business together.

Show your love for your local businesses and organizations by posting on social media how you have been supporting them during this phase of rebuilding our economy. Use the hashtag #iLoveMyLocal…. Visit ilovemylocal.ca to enter into a draw for some fabulous prizes donated by your local businesses. Participate as often as you like. Draws will be held weekdays during the month of September on 104.1 The Dock. During the month of October, we will also share our top local “Influencers” who will be eligible for one of three Local Bling Baskets filled with all things North Simcoe.

Are you a North Simcoe business owner? This draw will take place during Small Business Week – October 20–26th.
