Food Venture Program: Get your favourite recipe retail ready!

The Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre and partners have launched a new Food Venture Program.  The Program is to help farmers, home cooks, market vendors and restauranteurs get their products to the larger marketplace by providing information on how to scale recipes, develop production processes, create food nutrition labels and more.  The key highlights of the program include:

  • 5 week, virtual program that begins on January 25th – March 1st, every Monday
  • Deadline to apply for the program is January 19th
  • Successful applicants will be notified on January 20th
  • The program is $99.00 + HST
