The YMCA Employment Service assists people who are seeking work and also assists employers to find candidates. They have financial programs as well that can help employers train their existing employees and programs that can help subsidize the costs of hiring a new staff member. Their job coaches work with clients to give them tips and help to improve their performance and results much like sports coaches work with athletes.
