Do you like eggs benedict with ham? How about eggs benedict with avocado? How about eggs benedict with a view of Penetanguishene harbour and tall ships? Well, now you can have it all.

Executive chef Sarah White and Geoff White are the new proprietors of Captain Robert’s Table Restaurant at Discovery Harbour. They took possession of the restaurant in May but with COVID-19, they opened mid-July.

“The park has been extremely accommodating and helpful. This boardwalk — the previous tenant was not allowed to open here. This was an accommodation for physical distancing,” he said waving his arm across the harbour view. “It’s such a success. The customers love it so much, I don’t see us going back,” White said. []
