On March 24 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., join the County of Simcoe and area partners for Dimensions of Diversity: Keys to Building a Thriving Workforce, a virtual event highlighting how cultural awareness and diversity helps enrich workplaces, increases productivity, and attracts and retains talent.

Participants will leave this session inspired after learning practical tips and gaining new insights on how workplaces can effectively leverage the dimensions of diversity.

Participants will have an opportunity to:

  • Engage with keynote speaker Tina Varughese, President of tWorks as she delivers a presentation on the advantages of cross-cultural communication in your organization
  • Hear from a panel of global and local leaders speaking to their experiences in leading diverse teams and how it has elevated their overall business
  • Attend a presentation from the Local Immigration Partnership on the #ITSTARTS campaign
  • Learn about the Sandbox Centre’s new Equity, Diversion and Inclusion Pilot Program, launching in April 2021

When: Wednesday, March 24 – 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Who: Regional employers and leadership teams across sectors in Simcoe County, Human Resources professionals, and curious and courageous individuals who are advocates for an equitable and diverse workplace.
