Centre de santé communautaire Chigamik Community Health Centre (CSC Chigamik CHC) and Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care’s (Waypoint) Outpatient Mental Health program and the HERO Centre (Housing, Employment, Rehabilitation and Our Place Social Club programs) are excited to announce that they will be relocating to the new Midland Community Health Hub located at 287 Bayshore Drive in downtown Midland.

The move will take place during the week of May 25, 2020 and the building will officially be open on Monday, June 1, 2020.
