COVID-19: BUSINESS RESOURCES

Winter is here which would normally mean Tiny’s Carnaval d’Hiver is just around the corner. This year, the Recreation Team, Carnival Partners and Sponsors have brainstormed a safe, frosty alternative. “February is Winter Activity Month” offers all your favourite, traditional Carnaval activities while adhering to social distancing measures and protocols in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

To take part in bird watching, baking, tobogganing, and so much more, download and print a copy of the Hiver Bingo Card here, or pick one up at the following participating businesses:

  • Wyevale Jug City, 870 County Road 6 South, Wyevale
  • Farm 2 Door, 159 Balm Beach Road East, Perkinsfield
  • LA Hill Esso Station, 2 Lafontaine Road East, Lafontaine

Complete a ‘snow packed’ full card of activities or participate in fourteen (14) winter challenges for a chance to win prizes including a Fitbit watch, backyard rink making kit, snowshoes, Maple Leaf fire ring, gift cards to local businesses and more! With more than twenty (20) prizes to be won, the Township of Tiny would like to thank the following event partners for their continued generous support: Wyevale Jug City, The Surf Restaurant, Georgian Grill, Tiny Township Lions Club, LA Café, Lafontaine Iron Werks, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, Windlee Farms Maple Syrup, Tiny’s Youth Advisory Committee, Tiny Trail & Active Transportation Committee, Festival du Loup, Leo Dubeau Royal LePage (Balm Beach Office), Tiny Fire & Emergency Services Department, Harbour House Georgian Bay Eatery and the Boys & Girls Club of North Simcoe. Submit your Hiver Bingo Card to Tiny’s Recreation Team by March 1, 2021 for a chance to win.
